FRIENDS OF MARK 1

Mark 1 Real Estate is a company that believes strongly in supporting the surrounding communities. Over the years we have supported local high schools, service groups and human services agencies. We have kept our donations local, in the communities where we assist buyers and sellers. Our communities are only as strong as the businesses and families that work and live there and we are glad to do our part to support this.

Our support comes both from our corporate office and from our generous individual agents. Among the organizations and causes we have supported most recently are:

  • College scholarships for students at John F. Kennedy High School, La Palma, and El Modena High School, Orange

  • Toy drive and mentoring program for Grandma’s House of Hope, Huntington Beach

  • Donations to Living Help Center, Downey; CASA and Junior Achievement

  • Fundraising events for Kiwanis, Relay for Life in La Palma, Glory to God Foundation

Mark 1 Real Estate & Mortgage Gives Back to
El Modena High School Students

Through the Court Appointed Special Advocates(CASA) program, Mark 1 is able to send high school student who spent most of her life in Foster care to Fullerton College with a $1,000 financial aid to pay for a laptop and books.

Khan Trang attended JFK High School and was active in Track & Field, The National Honor Society, California Scholarship Foundation, Freshman Orientation, RSVP Club (Raising Student Voice & Participation), the Red Cross Club and the Servathon. Khang plans to attend UCLA and study Neuroscience with a career goal of Psychiatry. He is off to a great start with a scholarship from Mark 1!
